Optimized for EtherCAT motion systems, the AiC IPC Controller delivers deterministic real-time performance with support for up to 256 axes of motion. Advanced motion functions—including point-to-point positioning, gearing, camming, coordinated multi-axis motion, CNC functionality, and kinematics support, enabling precise control of complex machine architectures.

Powered by an Intel® Core™ i3-N305 processor and running Ubuntu Real-Time Linux, the platform provides the computing performance, reliability, and connectivity required for modern industrial automation environments. With support for CODESYS V3, IEC 61131-3 programming languages, ROS2 integration, Docker container deployment, and Functional Safety over EtherCAT (FSoE), the AiC IPC Controller offers a flexible foundation for next-generation machine control systems.
