Pyxmos™ FLUX Servo Drive
The Pyxmos™ FLUX Servo Drive delivers high-dynamic, high-precision motion control for advanced robotics, mechatronics, and demanding manufacturing applications. Engineered to meet the performance requirements of low-inductance, high-pole-count motors, Pyxmos FLUX combines ultra-fast control loops, advanced current sensing, and flexible integration capabilities to support precise, responsive motion in space-constrained OEM designs.
Featuring 100 kHz pulse-width modulation (PWM), a 50 kHz current control loop, and 25 kHz velocity and position control loops, this high-precision servo drive enables exceptional motion responsiveness and control resolution. Its advanced drive architecture supports motor inductances as low as 1 μH at 48 VDC, making it well suited for next-generation robotic systems, precision automation, and nanometer-scale motion applications where accuracy, dynamic performance, and integration flexibility are critical.
Designed for seamless integration into OEM motion systems, Pyxmos FLUX supports EtherCAT communication, dual-encoder feedback, and a range of incremental and absolute encoder technologies. With a 15 – 48 VDC drive supply, up to 60 A RMS continuous current, and 120 A RMS peak current for one second, it delivers powerful performance in a compact, low-profile form factor.
Allient also offers flexible drive, motor, encoder, and brake configurations to help OEMs streamline system integration and develop application-specific motion solutions.
