As part of Allient, ALIO’s configurable gantries are based on proven Micron II platforms utilizing precision recirculating bearing technology. These systems are designed for flexibility, allowing engineers to configure travel length, motor orientation, and bridge architecture to meet exact application requirements.
Available with or without granite bases, these gantries provide rigid, scalable motion platforms suitable for high-precision manufacturing and automation environments. Optional virtual yaw axis (yaw compliance), debris protection, and adaptable cable management schemes further extend performance and reliability in demanding industrial settings.
